Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Google Cloud (analytics and AI services), Anthropic (AI processing), and Stripe (payment processing). Each operates under their own privacy policies.

Google User Data

If you connect a Google account to TaskHQ, we request access to your Gmail mailbox (read, organize and send on your behalf) and your basic profile (email address and name). We use this data only to provide the features you turn on: a unified inbox that syncs your messages and read state, sending replies from your address, AI categorization and priority of your own messages, and one-click save of an email as a task, note or contact. Gmail data is processed by our servers and, for categorization and summaries, by Anthropic as our AI processor. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide these features; no human reads your messages unless you ask for support and consent. Disconnecting a Google account in Settings › Email removes its messages from TaskHQ, and deleting your account purges them.

TaskHQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. You can control cookie preferences through our cookie consent banner or your browser settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
